Terms and Conditions

Each time you use the Application, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in full, do not use the Application.

By accessing or creating an account, you expressly accept all the provisions contained in this document. All provisions of the Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and Rashtan Soft. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please do not use our services.

When this document mentions "Rashtan", "Rashtan Soft", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to the Bosnia and Herzegovina legal entity "Agencija za racunarsko programiranje Rashtan Soft Gavrilo Mumovic s.p. Trebinje", with headquarters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Trebinje, Republike Srpske, no. 4a, floor 4 ap. 22, bearing the unique identification number 4512925880006, which provides the Dental Lab Guru service.

We reserve the right to suspend, delete, or otherwise sanction any user in accordance with the Terms and Conditions provisions and privacy policies of this document.

Modifying the Terms and Conditions

Rashtan Soft reserves the right to modify, add, or terminate these Terms at any time by publishing the Modified Terms under section "Terms and Conditions" of the Application. Users are required to permanently check the "Terms and Conditions" section to make sure they are aware of updating or changing the terms.

Except where otherwise expressly stated, the modification of the Terms is immediately applicable. If the application continues to be used, the User's acceptance will be deemed to have been tacitly manifested.

In the event of any discrepancy between the User and Rashtan Soft regarding the published version of the document, the latest published version is applied.

General Aspects

Dental Lab Guru is a paid, cloud-hosted web application for dental laboratories. It is accessed through a supported web browser. Dental Lab Guru does not distribute an executable desktop package, browser extension, plug-in, or local server installation package.

On supported devices, users may optionally add the web application to their home screen or application launcher as a Progressive Web App. This is an optional method of accessing the same hosted cloud service and is not required to use Dental Lab Guru.

User Account

We define a user as any registered individual who uses the solution Dental Lab Guru. Dentists and technicians register independently in the application.

Access to your account is granted after registration and login through the Dental Lab Guru web application, based on personal information that must be accurate, current, and complete.

Dental laboratories access Dental Lab Guru during an active trial or paid subscription. There is no ongoing free plan for dental laboratories. Dentists invited by a subscribing dental laboratory may receive limited collaboration access without purchasing a separate laboratory subscription.

A single account is allowed for each user. Any violation of this provision may result in termination of all accounts.

When one dentist type user wants to work with one of the platform technicians, he will have to send a connection request to the dental technician he wants to work with, to add the technician to his own network of collaborators.

In order to be able to pass on details about a work to the dental technician, it is necessary that he accepts the connection request in the application Dental Lab Guru.

If the doctor with whom the technician wishes to collaborate has no account in the platform Dental Lab Guru, they will receive a link to the email address with an invitation to join the platform.

After connecting the dentist with the dental technician, the dentist sends the technician the details of the work for which they had contacted them.

After checking the work sent by the dentist, the technician notifies the status of the job through the application notification system. Job status notifications are as follows: "retrieved", "delayed", "completed".

For each work, the dentist and the technician can communicate through the messaging service.

Trial Period

A 14-day trial is available for the Professional Monthly and Professional Annual plans. Payment authorization is required, but no subscription charge is collected during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription automatically starts at the price and billing interval displayed on the pricing page and during checkout.

The Professional Monthly plan starts after the trial at $59 USD per month and renews monthly. The Professional Annual plan starts after the trial at $449 USD per year and renews annually. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

You may cancel your trial or subscription before the end of the trial period through your Dental Lab Guru account, through PayPal where recurring payment management is available, or by contacting us at info@dentallabguru.com.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Dental Lab Guru offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

To request a refund, contact us at info@dentallabguru.com with the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are issued through PayPal and will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to PayPal's policies and processing timelines.

This guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment and does not apply to renewals, previous purchases, abuse, or accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

Dental Lab Guru uses PayPal as its payment service provider to process subscription payments, renewals, refunds, disputes, and related billing operations. Rashtan Soft remains the provider of the Dental Lab Guru service.

When you purchase a subscription, PayPal processes your payment under its applicable user agreement, Privacy Statement, and other policies. PayPal may collect and process your payment method details, billing information, transaction information, and other information necessary to complete and secure the transaction. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, bank account credentials, or complete payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel through your Dental Lab Guru account, through PayPal where recurring payment management is available, or by contacting us at info@dentallabguru.com.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds. If a payment fails, your access to paid features may be suspended, restricted, or cancelled until the issue is resolved.

The subscription price and any taxes or other charges we are required to collect will be shown before payment is completed. PayPal may apply separate fees or currency conversion terms under your agreement with PayPal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless a refund is approved under our refund policy or required by applicable law.

After cancellation, your access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated during checkout or in your account.

Account Closure and Data Retention

If your subscription is cancelled, expired, or terminated, we may restrict access to paid features. We may retain account, billing, and application data for a reasonable period as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at info@dentallabguru.com, subject to legal, tax, security, backup, and legitimate business retention requirements.

Definitions

In this document, the following terms will have the following meanings:

• "dental practitioner / dentist" is any specialist in dental medicine who holds a certificate of free practice. This specialist is certified and can legally undertake these activities;
• "dental technician" is a qualified and authorized person to practice the profession of dental technician;
• "patient" is a healthy or sick person who uses the dental health services provided by one of the dentists who uses the application Dental Lab Guru;
• "messaging Dental Lab Guru" is the messaging feature used in the web application, including optional PWA access. Users of the solution Dental Lab Guru, dentist type users in relationship with the dental technician, can communicate with each other through written messages / image type within the solution at any time;
• "user" is the person who is the dental practitioner or dental technician who accesses and uses the application Dental Lab Guru. The user will use the Application for the purpose and conditions provided in these Conditions;
• "personal data" - represents the user identification data, as well as any other information inserted by the users, which will be retrieved in order to allow the use of the service Dental Lab Guru;
• "notification" - alerts the User about the status of the action initiated through the application Dental Lab Guru;
• "work status" - a messaging alert received within the application Dental Lab Guru through which the dentist is informed about the status of the work done by the collaborating dental technician.

Using the Application

In order to use the Application, we ask users to create an account and access the Dental Lab Guru web application through registration and login credentials.

Users must be at least 18 years of age and meet other legal conditions for the quality they own.

Updates

The services offered by Dental Lab Guru are currently in their initial phase but are constantly evolving to provide a better user experience because their shape and/or nature can be changed from time to time without prior notice to the user.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Rashtan Soft, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the Application for your internal business purposes related to managing dental laboratory work, communication, cases, and related workflows. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, resell, sublicense, or transmit any part of the Application except as permitted by these Terms.

Publicity

With the customer's permission, Rashtan Soft may display the customer's business name and logo solely to identify the business as a Dental Lab Guru customer. We will not attribute a testimonial, endorsement, performance result, or other statement to a customer without separate approval. Permission may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at info@dentallabguru.com, and we will remove the relevant material within a reasonable period.

User Content and Case Data

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information, messages, images, files, patient-related details, and other content they enter into Dental Lab Guru.

You agree not to upload or share content that you do not have the right to use, that violates another person's privacy or rights, or that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.

No Medical or Dental Advice

Dental Lab Guru is a workflow, communication, and case management tool. It does not provide medical, dental, clinical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.

Dentists, dental technicians, and other professional users remain solely responsible for their professional judgment, legal obligations, patient communication, treatment decisions, prescriptions, designs, materials, and final work delivered to patients.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rashtan Soft, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rashtan Soft, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Application, including, but not limited to, any use of the Application's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
